Carter's publishes no rate limits, because it publishes no API. api.carters.com — the storefront's own backend host — refuses every anonymous request with a Cloudflare 403 rather than serving a response an agent could read limits from, so no runtime signal could be observed either. This is an honest zero measured from live responses and a live search, not an unchecked field.
