Carmd Rate Limits
Rate limiting CarMD actually documents. The only published statement is in the storefront's llms.txt, which says the UCP MCP endpoint is rate-limited per IP and that agents should back off on 429. No numeric ceiling, window, burst or RateLimit-* header is published for any CarMD surface, and none was observed on the responses captured during this run. The CarMD Vehicle API's limits could not be checked at all — api.carmd.com refused connections.
Carmd Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for CarMD on the APIs.io network, in the API Commons Rate Limits shape.
It captures 1 rate-limit definition, measuring requests.
Limit state is signalled in the limit, remaining, reset, and retryAfter response headers, and an exhausted limit returns HTTP 429.
The profile also includes response codes documented for throttled.
Tagged areas include Automobiles, Cars, Diagnostics, Vehicles, and Rate Limiting.
