Carbone Rate Limits

Carbone Cloud documents have a default 60-second sync timeout and a 5-minute async timeout (via webhooks). The rendered document URL is valid for one hour or until first download. Cloud plans size their throughput by data volume injected per render (documents are counted per 1 MB of injected JSON data). On-prem deployments scale to provisioned host capacity.

Carbone Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Carbone on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 4 rate-limit definitions, measuring seconds, hours, and per-1MB-injected-data.

The profile also includes 2 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.
