Cambio Healthcare Systems publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Cambio documents the 429 EXHAUSTION SIGNAL but not the limit. 15 of 24 published operations declare a 429 "Call rate limit exceeded / Too many requests in a given amount of time" response with the standard ErrorResponse body, and the gateway is Azure API Management (which supports rate-limit-by-key policies), but no numeric quota, window, burst, scope or Retry-After / RateLimit-* response header is published anywhere on the public portal. An agent can detect exhaustion but cannot budget for it. One concrete number DOES exist, buried in the 429 response example rather than in any prose: the gateway body says "Rate limit is exceeded. Try again in 5 seconds.", which is the Azure API Management renewal-period message. It gives a retry interval but still no call quota, so limit_count stays 0.
