Blocklottos Com Rate Limits

Every endpoint is rate limited per client IP on a one-minute window: 2/min on cached read endpoints, 5/min on affiliate enrollment, 10/min on transaction builders, quote and confirm endpoints. Exhaustion returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header and a retry_after body field. No quota-remaining headers are emitted on successful responses; read endpoints are served from a 60-second cache, so polling faster than once a minute is pointless as well as throttled.

Policies

Per-IP scope
All limits are keyed on the client IP; there are no per-key or per-account tiers because there are no keys or accounts.
60-second read cache
Jackpot, stats and draw-history responses are cached 60 seconds server-side (Cache-Control: public, max-age=60).
Back-off
On 429 wait for Retry-After seconds. Never re-broadcast a wallet transaction because a confirm/pay call was throttled - retry the confirmation instead.
