Bird Rate Limits
Bird enforces per-workspace rate limits on all API endpoints. Default limits apply to all plans; enterprise customers can negotiate higher limits. Exceeded limits return HTTP 429 and requests are safe to retry. Channel-level provider limits trigger internal buffering with exponential backoff retries.
Bird Rate Limits is the rate-limit profile for Bird on the APIs.io network.
The provider publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Limit state is signalled in the notes response header.
Tagged areas include Communications, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice.
