Bazaarvoice Rate Limits

Bazaarvoice rate-limits each API key by queries-per-minute (QPM) plus an hourly quota. Numeric allotments are set per key in the Bazaarvoice Portal and are NOT published as universal defaults; a client reads its current allotment and usage from the response headers on every call, and can also see the allotment for each key in the portal's API Key Management application. The Transactions API publishes its own rate-limit-headers page describing the same header family. The Product Sentiment API is the one product whose OpenAPI declares the exhaustion response explicitly - a 429 with application/problem+json.
