Automation Preflight Api Rate Limits

Access to the Automation Preflight API is metered as a purchased call allowance rather than a per-second rate. A purchase grants 500 successful analyses usable for 30 days, and quota is decremented only after a successful analysis. Remaining allowance is returned on every call in the X-TinyOps-Quota-Remaining header. A separate, unpublished service rate limit also returns 429 on the open (unauthenticated) endpoint.
