Autodesk Fusion Rate Limits
Autodesk Platform Services (APS) applies rate limiting across all APIs including Fusion-related services. Rate limits control the maximum number of API calls an application can make within a time window. When limits are exceeded, APIs return HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) with a Retry-After header. Specific per-endpoint limits are documented in each API's reference; ADN members may request higher limits for production workloads.
Autodesk Fusion Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Autodesk Fusion on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
The profile also includes 3 backoff/retry policies defined.
Tagged areas include CAD, CAM, CAE, Manufacturing, and Design Automation.

HTTP 429 Response
When any APS API rate limit is exceeded, the service returns HTTP 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After header specifying the number of seconds to wait before the next attempt.
Increasing Rate Limits
Autodesk Developer Network (ADN) members can request higher rate limits for production applications by submitting a rate limit change request form and a support ticket with documented usage data and a justified target limit.
Fusion Operations API Sunset Rate Limiting
Previous versions of the Fusion Operations API enter a sunset phase with phased rate-limit reductions before retirement. Developers should migrate to the latest API version to avoid hitting reduced limits.
