Attomdata Rate Limits

ATTOM does not publish numeric per-second rate limits on its public developer portal. Trial keys are throttled to a capped number of total calls (daily and monthly), and production keys carry per-contract throughput. The policy entries below capture the visible policy posture; consumers should inspect the standard ATTOM error envelope for `code: 401/429/500` and consult their account team for negotiated limits.

Policies

Trial Call Cap
Trial API keys are subject to a capped number of calls (daily and monthly). The exact cap is documented to the developer at sign-up time and may change without notice.
Production Throughput
Production API keys carry per-contract throughput (requests/second and monthly call totals) negotiated with ATTOM sales. Consumers should expect throttling at the gateway when contracted thresholds are exceeded.
Authentication Failure
Requests without the `apikey` header (or with an invalid key) are rejected at the gateway with HTTP 401 and the ATTOM error envelope.
