Artillery Rate Limits

Published Artillery Cloud usage limits. The metering unit is the test report, not the API request. Concurrency ceilings are expressed as distributed workers per test and maximum test duration.

Artillery Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Artillery on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 12 rate-limit definitions, across the free, team, and business tiers, measuring test_reports, workers, minutes, cases, and hours.

The profile also includes 4 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled, quotaExceeded, serviceUnavailable, and note.

Policies

What counts as a test report
Each distinct load test or E2E test recorded to Artillery Cloud counts as one test report. The limit includes reports from tests stopped early and reports that are later deleted.
Exceeding a limit
Artillery Cloud continues working as normal if limits are exceeded sporadically. If limits are exceeded continuously, service may be degraded to prioritize other users and the account may be placed in read-only mode.
Spend and volume controls
Spend & volume controls are a Business-tier feature.
Data retention
Reports and assets such as trace recordings are queryable for 1 month (Free), 6 months (Team) or 18 months (Business); outside that window they can no longer be viewed or queried.
