Arduino Rate Limits
The Arduino IoT Cloud REST API enforces a rate limit of 10 requests per second for authenticated clients on Free, Maker, and Team plans. Enterprise plans operate under a fair usage policy with effectively unlimited throughput. Exceeding the limit returns HTTP 429 with an explanatory message.
Arduino Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Arduino on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
It captures 7 rate-limit definitions, measuring requests and data_records.
The profile also includes response codes documented for throttled and throttledMessage.
Tagged areas include IoT, Electronics, Open Source, Devices, and Dashboards.
