REPLACES A SCAFFOLD. Until 2026-09-06 this file carried five invented limits (10/100/1000 rpm, 1,000 and 100,000 requests per month) and an invented X-RateLimit-* header set written by the 2026-05-04 bulk sweep, method: generated. None of it was published by the Architect of the Capitol; it has been removed rather than left to be read as provider data. See roadmap#35.
