AnnounceKit's published rate limit for the GraphQL API. This file REPLACES a 2026-05-04 bulk-sweep scaffold that invented per-tier quotas (10/100/1000 rpm, 1k/100k monthly) which AnnounceKit does not publish and does not operate. The real limit is a single IP-based ceiling that does not vary by plan.
