American Electric Power publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are published. Azure API Management enforces quota and rate-limit policies per product, but AEP exposes zero products and zero APIs to anonymous visitors, so neither the numeric limits nor the response headers are readable without a developer-portal account. Unauthenticated requests to the gateway host api.aep.com return the APIM 404 envelope { "statusCode": 404, "message": "Resource not found" } and carry no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After headers, so nothing could be observed live either.
