Alethea publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are published. Alethea has no developer portal, no API reference and no public documentation of any kind, so there is nothing to read a limit, window, burst or response header from. The Artemis application backend (https://artemis.alethea.com/api/v2, /api/v3) answers 401 to every unauthenticated request and returns no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After header on the challenge, so nothing could be observed live either. NO `type: RateLimits` POINTER IS WIRED IN apis.yml on purpose — the agent-readiness `rate_limit_signal` check credits a provider for the mere presence of that pointer, and Alethea publishes no rate-limit signal at all. This file records a measured zero, not a surface.

Every rate limit here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
