The Akute Health API applies a per-tenant concurrency limit on API requests. Lab ordering documentation states a limit of 5 concurrent API requests per client. Other per-endpoint or per-minute quotas are not publicly documented and are not reconciled in this artifact; confirm current limits with Akute.
