Advancedmd Rate Limits

AdvancedMD publishes no numeric rate limit for any API. What it publishes is the throttle signal and the policy: every operation in the Application Access API Swagger declares a 429 "QuotaViolation" response whose published example tells the caller to "wait and try your request again in about a minute", and the Developer Terms of Service reserve a discretionary throttle. Neither FHIR spec declares a 429 at all. Recorded as a signal-only rate-limit profile: absence of a published number is the finding.
