Acuant Rate Limits
Acuant does not publicly publish specific rate limit thresholds for its identity verification and document authentication APIs. Rate limits are governed by enterprise license agreements. The AssureID Connect API, FRM Face Recognition API, Passive Liveness API, and ACAS token service are all accessed over HTTPS with authentication. Limits on throughput, concurrent sessions, and transaction volumes are negotiated as part of enterprise contracts. Preview/sandbox environments impose tighter limits than production deployments.
