Actionstep Rate Limits
Actionstep introduced rate limiting across all public API endpoints from April 2024 to manage infrastructure capacity and ensure service continuity. Limits are implemented on a user-centric (session) basis with higher-order orgkey and IP address constraints. Specific numeric thresholds are not publicly documented and will adjust dynamically based on load and capacity.
Actionstep Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Actionstep on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
It captures 4 rate-limit definitions.
Tagged areas include Legal, Practice Management, Law Firm, Matters, and Billing.
