Limits
request-rate per-account
5/1s
daily-quota per-account
30000/1d
auth-requests per-account
5/1h
The tightest limit in practice. Five token calls an hour means an integration must cache and reuse its access_token and refresh only on expiry — a fresh token per request will exhaust the hourly budget almost immediately.
file-upload-size per-request
400
The published OpenAPI carries a 413 example on POST /ucl/v2/{accountId}/import/contacts/{importDefinitionId} that reads "File size exceeds the maximum limit of 200MB." The docs and the contract disagree on the ceiling; both values are recorded verbatim rather than reconciled.
