Acadia publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are published. Acadia's own factsheets confirm a direct API exists ("accessed via Web user interface, direct API or SFTP"), but every technical document describing it sits behind the authenticated portal at portal.acadiasoft.com, so no throttle, quota, window, burst allowance or response-header contract (X-RateLimit-*, RateLimit-*, Retry-After) could be observed or read. This is an honest zero produced by a documentation wall, not by an absence of limits — the limits almost certainly exist and are stated in the customer contract.
