The one API host on the domain, data.21shares.com (an AWS API Gateway behind CloudFront and Cloudflare), returns 403 {"message":"Forbidden"} to every anonymous request and emits no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After header, so nothing could be observed at runtime either.
