Zenmaid Plans Pricing

ZenMaid sells three monthly subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Pro Max), each a flat base fee plus a per-seat (per-cleaner/user) add-on, billed month-to-month with a 14-day free trial and no long-term contract. There is no API pricing because there is no public API - Zapier access is included at no separate charge on the Pro Max tier (and reachable indirectly via Zapier's own plans on lower tiers), with no metered or usage-based line item for programmatic access.

Entry tier capped at 40 appointments per month. Includes calendar, dispatch, and map views, a limited set of automated SMS/email templates, a mobile app without GPS tracking, online payments (Stripe/Square), and invoicing. Chat-only support.

Top tier. This is the only tier where Zapier - ZenMaid's sole documented programmatic-access surface - is called out as an included feature.
