Zcal uses a per-user subscription model with a generous free tier. The Free plan includes unlimited scheduling links, unlimited calendar connections, meeting polls, and video conferencing integrations (Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams). The Pro plan unlocks team features (team pages, round robin, collective scheduling), removal of Zcal branding, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel integrations, webhooks, and coupon codes. The Business plan adds custom domains, custom email domains, unlimited teams, and additional SMS credits. Webhooks — the only documented programmatic integration surface — are a Pro-and-above feature. Prices below are as published on the Zcal pricing page and may change; verify before relying on them.
