Ximalaya publishes NO priced developer plans. There is no pricing page, no tier table, no free-tier quota and no self-service checkout anywhere on the Open Platform. Access is granted through a commercial onboarding process: a partner registers (入驻), agrees a scope of access with a Ximalaya business contact (商务), and is then issued an app_key/app_secret whose available capabilities are limited to what that agreement covers. The developer console explicitly states that the selectable integration methods are bounded by the range agreed with Ximalaya business during onboarding.
