UpTrain ships in two forms. The open-source framework is free under the Apache-2.0 license: you self-host it as a Python package (and an optional locally-hosted Docker dashboard), supplying your own LLM provider key for the grading calls. The managed evaluation service (demo.uptrain.ai) runs the evaluations for you with hosted dashboards and requires an UpTrain access token.
