The portal does not publish a per-call price list; access to the default product (OAuth, Addresses, Domestic Pricing, International Pricing, Locations, Service Standards, Service Standards Files, Shipping Options, UserInfo, Tracking) is provided to registered developers, and quota increases or non-default APIs (e.g. Labels) require submitting a USPS API service request. Labels APIs additionally require enrollment in USPS Ship and an Enterprise Payment Account.
