Ubiquiti Plans Pricing
Ubiquiti does not charge for use of the UniFi Site Manager API, the UniFi Network Controller API, or the UISP NMS/CRM APIs. APIs are bundled with the underlying hardware/software purchases. The "plans" here describe the access tiers (free) rather than commercial pricing tiers.
Ubiquiti Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Ubiquiti on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

Plans
The UniFi Site Manager API is free for any user with a UI account that manages a UniFi deployment. Keys are issued at unifi.ui.com/settings/api-keys. Read-only at GA; write scope (adopt, configure) is being rolled out through 2026.
The local UniFi Network Controller API is bundled with every UniFi Network controller — UDM, UDM Pro, UDR, Cloud Key, or self-hosted software controller. No additional fee.
The UISP NMS and CRM APIs are bundled with each UISP installation (cloud-hosted or self-hosted). API tokens (NMS) and App Keys (CRM) are issued in the UISP console at no additional cost.
