tZERO publishes no developer plans, no API pricing page and no self-serve tier. tzero.com/pricing returns 404, and tZERO Connect — the banner over the API suite — routes every integration conversation to "Reach Out to Our Team" / https://www.tzero.com/contact. API keys are issued by tZERO ("Contact us to get your API key"), which makes this an enterprise, contract-priced surface. Trading-side commercial terms that ARE public sit at the market level rather than the API level: tZERO has announced zero trading fees for registered digital securities on the ATS, and the Issuance & Secondary Markets API exposes GET /trading/v1/fee so a caller can price an order's fee at runtime rather than reading it from a rate card.
