Textmagic uses a prepaid, pay-as-you-go credit model rather than monthly software subscriptions. Customers buy credit once and spend it across SMS, email, virtual numbers, and other services, with a 100% refund on unused credit. SMS is billed per message segment (160 plain-text characters), with a discounted rate when sending through a connected CPaaS provider. Virtual numbers, 10DLC campaign registration, and alphanumeric sender IDs carry recurring monthly fees. A free trial credit is available with no credit card.
