Terra prices the Health & Fitness (Unified) API on a single usage-based subscription metered in credits rather than named seat tiers. Every account includes 100,000 free credits each month that reset monthly (do not roll over); usage beyond the allowance is billed on a descending per-credit rate. Credits are consumed primarily by active authentications (connected users) and by data events. A separate Blood Report API meters on biomarkers. Terra offers a 30-day money-back window and one-time "usage spike protection" refunds during the first six months. Exact contract minimums and enterprise terms are quoted by sales and are not reconciled here.
