Tebra Plans Pricing
Tebra (formerly Kareo + PatientPop) does not publish standalone API pricing. API access is a capability of the Tebra platform subscription rather than a separately metered product. Two distinct API surfaces exist. The Tebra SOAP Practice Management API (the former Kareo Integration API) is partner / admin-gated - a practice System Administrator generates a customer key and grants permissions before an integrator can call it, and third-party developers typically engage Tebra to be onboarded. The Tebra Clinical Data API is the ONC patient-access API mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act; patients generate their own API Key from the Patient Portal at no charge to read their own clinical data. Underlying Tebra platform subscriptions are quote-based and reported in the roughly $49 to $799 per provider per month range depending on modules (EHR, practice management, billing, growth), with payment processing and certain integrations billed separately. Exact figures are not reconciled here.
Tebra Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Tebra on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.
It defines 3 plans, covering free, subscription, and enterprise tiers, with named plans including Clinical Data API (Patient Access), SOAP Practice Management API (Partner / Customer), Enterprise / Partner Integration.
Tagged areas include Healthcare, Practice Management, EHR, Medical Billing, and API.

ONC / 21st Century Cures Act patient-access API. A patient generates an API Key from the Tebra Patient Portal and reads their own USCDI clinical data (conditions, medications, allergies, immunizations, vitals, encounters, documents, and more) over REST. No charge to the patient.
