Taskrabbit Plans Pricing

TaskRabbit does not publish a price list for its Partner API - access is approval-gated and commercial terms (if any beyond the standard developer agreement) are negotiated directly with a TaskRabbit partnership manager during onboarding. What TaskRabbit does publish is the end-customer pricing model that every task, whether booked through taskrabbit.com, the app, an IKEA checkout flow, or a Partner API integration, is charged under: each Tasker sets their own hourly rate, and TaskRabbit adds a Service Fee calculated as a percentage of the hourly rate for the task (applied per hour worked, excluding reimbursements) plus, in most states, a Trust & Support Fee. California and Massachusetts invoices show only the Service Fee due to state law changes. This file documents that consumer fee structure rather than a metered API price list, since no such list exists.

Taskrabbit Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for TaskRabbit on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

It defines 3 plans, covering enterprise and usage tiers, with named plans including Partner API (Developer Hub), Consumer Service Fee, Trust & Support Fee.

Partner API (Developer Hub) enterprise

Access to the Delivery and Home Services surfaces requires a request through TaskRabbit's developer access form; TaskRabbit typically reviews and responds within two business days. There is no self-serve signup and no published per-call or subscription price - integration terms are set per partner.

Partner Agreement (contract · year) negotiated with a TaskRabbit partnership manager (not published) USD
Consumer Service Fee usage

Charged on every task regardless of booking channel. Calculated as a percentage of the Tasker's hourly rate, applied per hour worked and excluding reimbursements.

Trust & Support Fee usage

Layered on top of the Service Fee in most US states to cover trust-and-safety operations. Not itemized separately on invoices in California and Massachusetts, where only the Service Fee is shown due to state law.

Trust & Support Fee (percent_of_task_price · task) commonly reported in the 5-15% range, sometimes plus a small flat charge; varies by market and is not itemized in CA/MA USD
