Sparefoot Plans Pricing

SpareFoot does not sell API or data-feed access as a metered developer product - there is no per-call or per-request price list because there is no self-serve API. What is priced is marketplace participation itself: a self-storage facility (or the software vendor integrating on its behalf) is charged for the leads/reservations SpareFoot's marketplace and its listing feed drive, not for calling an endpoint. Historically this was sold as "RentPercent" pricing - a percentage of the rent collected from each verified move-in, billed for the tenant's length of stay - a model third-party sources say is no longer offered to new SpareFoot clients. Current facility agreements are understood to be negotiated cost-per-reservation or percentage-of-rent arrangements set directly with SpareFoot/Storable's sales team; no public self-serve price list exists.

Sparefoot Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for SpareFoot on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

It defines 3 plans, covering paid, enterprise, and usage tiers, with named plans including RentPercent (Legacy, Reported Retired for New Clients), Negotiated Facility/Partner Agreement (Current), Marketplace Listing - Pay Per Move-In (First-Party, Current).

Tagged areas include Self Storage, Marketplace, Lead Generation, Referral Fee, and Plans.

RentPercent (Legacy, Reported Retired for New Clients) paid

Facility pays SpareFoot a percentage of the rent collected from each SpareFoot-sourced, verified move-in, billed for the tenant's full length of stay. Reported by third-party sources as no longer offered to new SpareFoot clients as of this review.

Percentage of Rent Collected (verified_move_in · tenancy) percentage of collected rent per move-in (rate not publicly disclosed; third-party operator reports cite 2-5 months' equivalent rent over a tenancy) USD
Negotiated Facility/Partner Agreement (Current) enterprise

Current facility participation - reached either directly or through a property-management software partner's data-feed integration (Storable Edge, SiteLink, Storable Easy, Self Storage Manager, eDOMICO, DoorSwap) - is understood to be a negotiated cost-per-reservation or percentage-of-rent agreement set with SpareFoot/Storable sales, not a published self-serve tier.

Negotiated Agreement (facility · contract) contact SpareFoot/Storable sales USD
Marketplace Listing - Pay Per Move-In (First-Party, Current) usage

SpareFoot's own facility-operator site states the current model plainly: listing on the marketplace is free with no signup fee, and the facility pays only when a SpareFoot-referred customer actually moves in. No rate is published - "Your exact pricing is based on storage demand in your area, as well as the amount of facilities we already have on the network in your area" - so the number is quoted per market by SpareFoot's team. Sign-up is self-serve at https://my.sparefoot.com/signup-start.

Per Verified Move-In (verified_move_in · perMoveIn) not published - quoted per market by SpareFoot USD
Listing Fee (facility · month) 0 USD
