Smartthings Plans Pricing
The SmartThings developer platform is free. There is no charge to register a Samsung account, generate a Personal Access Token, create OAuth-In SmartApps, or call the public REST API (base https://api.smartthings.com/v1). Developers build against the platform at no cost; usage is governed by per-token and per-app rate limits and guardrails rather than by paid tiers. A separate Enterprise API / service-account program exists for large-scale, account-level integrations (for example, account-wide Eventing sinks) with its own onboarding and terms. SmartThings monetizes hardware, the consumer smart-home service, and partner/enterprise programs - not per-call API access.
