SimplePractice is sold as a per-account SaaS subscription for solo and group behavioral and mental health practices, with three published monthly tiers (Starter, Essential, Plus) and a range of per-clinician add-ons (AI Note Taker / Care Aide, ePrescribe) plus usage-based payment and claim processing fees. This pricing governs use of the SimplePractice application and portal; it is NOT API pricing - SimplePractice does not publish a public developer API, so there are no API plans, quotas, or metered API tiers to describe. Additional clinicians can only be added on the Plus plan.
