Service Fusion sells the field service management application on three flat-rate subscription tiers - Starter, Plus, and Pro - each with unlimited users (technicians, dispatchers, and office staff) rather than per-seat pricing. Published third-party prices (Service Fusion does not list prices on its own site) put annual billing at roughly $208/month for Starter, $324/month for Plus, and $533/month for Pro, with a discount for annual commitment versus month-to-month. The Open API is a Pro-plan feature - API access is only included on the Pro tier. There is no separately metered API fee; API usage is governed by the platform rate limit (~60 requests/minute) rather than an additional charge.
