Saildrone Plans Pricing
Saildrone does not publish a public, self-serve developer pricing tier. The Saildrone Public Mission API (BETA) at developer-mission.saildrone.com is gated behind contractual access — credentials (key/secret) are issued only as part of a Saildrone "Mission-as-a-Service" / Fully Managed engagement or through a partner programs (NOAA PMEL, US Navy, NASA, EUMETSAT). All commercial terms are negotiated per-mission, per-fleet, or per-dataset; revenue is recognized against the underlying USV deployment, not API calls. This plans file therefore documents the commercial *surfaces* rather than a published price list. Open data from past missions is available free via NOAA PMEL ERDDAP and NCEI for non-commercial use.
Saildrone Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Saildrone on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

Plans
End-to-end managed USV missions — vehicle, crew, operations center, data delivery via API and Mission Portal. Pricing is per-mission, per-vehicle-day, and varies by platform (Explorer, Voyager, Surveyor, Spectre), mission profile, sensor payload, and area of operation. Contact Saildrone for a quote.
Access to live and historical mission telemetry via developer-mission.saildrone.com. Credentials are issued to authorized partners only — there is no self-serve signup. API access is bundled with a customer's underlying Saildrone engagement and is not separately metered or invoiced at the time of profiling.
Web-based command and control portal for tasking and live multi-INT data visualization. Bundled with Fully Managed engagements. Not separately priced.
Past Saildrone TPOS, Arctic, and partner mission data published as NetCDF / CSV / JSON via PMEL ERDDAP and NCEI. Free at point of use under open-data terms; not Saildrone-commercial.
