Retell Plans Pricing
Retell AI uses a usage-based, pay-as-you-go pricing model billed per minute of connected call time. The per-minute rate is composed of stacked components: the Retell conversation / voice-engine fee, the voice (TTS) provider cost, the LLM cost, and optional telephony (PSTN) minutes when calls are placed or received over Retell-managed phone numbers. Bring-your-own-key for LLM and voice providers can lower or remove those component costs. Concurrency (the number of simultaneous calls) is purchased separately and acts as the primary capacity / rate-limiting lever. Enterprise plans add volume discounts, higher concurrency, BAA/HIPAA, and dedicated support.
