Refersion re-cut its pricing since this file was last written: Growth dropped from $299/mo to $199/mo, Launch's annual price changed, a free Marketplace Listing tier was added, and both paid tiers now carry an explicit percentage of affiliate-driven sales on top of the subscription. Scale no longer advertises a starting price and is contact-sales only.
