Railway combines a flat monthly subscription with usage-based billing for the compute, memory, egress, and storage each service actually consumes, metered per second. The GraphQL Public API is available on every paid plan; the plan a workspace is on determines the API rate limit (requests per hour and requests per second). Plans are Trial (one-time $5 credit), Hobby ($5/month), Pro ($20/month per seat), and Enterprise (custom).
