Printful does not charge a fee to use its API. There are no upfront or monthly costs to create products or connect a store; merchants pay only the per-product fulfillment cost (blank product plus one standard print placement) plus shipping when a customer places an order. Optional add-ons (extra print placements, inside labels, embroidery digitization) carry additional per-item fees. An optional Printful Growth membership ($24.99/mo, 14-day free trial, free for a year once yearly sales reach $12,000) provides product discounts of up to 33% and other perks.
