Open Loyalty Plans Pricing

Open Loyalty has two lineages. There is a GitHub Open Source Edition of the loyalty engine (Apache-2.0) that you can self-host, but it is explicitly capped to roughly 200 members, offers no guaranteed performance or scalability, and is positioned for testing only. Production use is the managed Open Loyalty cloud SaaS, which is sold on a contact-sales basis with no public price list. The commercial model is usage-based on Monthly Active Members - a registered member who performs at least one loyalty event in a calendar month counts as active - combining a Platform Fee with an Allowance Fee, so you pay for members who are actually active. Exact rates are quoted per project after a demo.

Open Loyalty Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Open Loyalty on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

It defines 3 plans, covering free, usage, and enterprise tiers, with named plans including Open Source Edition (Self-Hosted), Open Loyalty Cloud (SaaS), Enterprise.

Tagged areas include Loyalty, Gamification, Rewards, Plans, and Pricing.
