NextGen Healthcare publishes three named API developer program tiers on its Developer Program page, each with an explicit fee statement, but publishes NO list prices anywhere: www.nextgen.com/pricing (HTTP 200, re-checked 2026-08-14) is a contact-sales page carrying a demo request form, live chat, a phone number and info@nextgen.com for RFI/RFP, with no tiers, prices or quotas on it. Development against every tier is explicitly free; only production distribution under the API Distributor Program is said to carry fees, and those are quoted privately. Platform (EHR/PM) licensing that a client organization needs before it can enable API integrations is not priced publicly either. Applications may be shared with other client organizations via the API Distribution Program. Access to Enterprise API documentation and sandboxes provided following developer registration and product compatibility review.
Full-service development platform for independent software vendors (ISVs) and technology partners building commercial applications for distribution to NextGen Healthcare client organizations. Provides all tools, documentation, and sandboxes to develop and launch market-ready API applications. No charge for development or platform use; production distribution may have associated fees based on data scope and distribution scale. Includes preferred developer treatment and business development assistance.
