Nectar's Recognize product is sold per employee per month (billed annually), with a published minimum annual commitment. Third-party pricing pages report a Plus tier at roughly $5 per employee/month and a Premium tier at roughly $6 per employee/month (annual billing), plus a custom Enterprise tier; Nectar's own pricing page is quote-based ("Get pricing").
