Komodo Health Plans Pricing

Komodo Health publishes NO plans, tiers or prices. There is no pricing page: /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans/ all return HTTP 404, and the page sitemap contains no pricing URL. Every commercial path on the site funnels to a "Get Demo" / "Contact Us" sales form. This is an enterprise contract-only model — the Healthcare Map data foundation, Marmot AI layer and Komodo Home workflow environment are sold as negotiated subscriptions with per-account data entitlements and a dedicated Komodo-managed Snowflake warehouse, whose sizing (and therefore cost) is set per account rather than published. Recording the zero deliberately: an omitted plans file reads as "not checked", whereas plan_count: 0 with evidence reads as "checked, nothing published".
