Kobiton publishes self-serve subscription plans metered primarily on testing minutes per month against the public real-device cloud, plus a custom Enterprise plan. There is no separate charge for the REST API or the Appium hub - API access is part of the subscription, and the testing minutes you consume through API-driven or portal-driven test runs draw down the same monthly allowance.
