Kenjo Plans Pricing

Kenjo is sold as per-employee-per-month SaaS in three tiers - Starter, Growth, and Connect - billed monthly or annually (annual carries roughly a 10% discount). Pricing scales with headcount and the modules enabled. The official pricing page renders prices through a headcount calculator rather than fixed numbers; the figures below are approximate per-employee-per-month rates reported by third-party software directories (Starter around EUR 5-6, Growth around EUR 9-10) and should be reconciled against a live Kenjo quote. The API and integrations are NOT a general add-on - they are a capability of the top-tier Connect plan and additionally require activation by Kenjo Customer Success. The API itself has no separately metered fee; access is entitlement- based via the plan.

Entry HR tier covering the employee database, absence and time-off management, attendance and time tracking, document management, payroll management, shift planning, standard workflows, and reporting. API access is NOT included.

Connect enterprise

Top tier (marked "most popular") that unlocks APIs and integrations, plus a training tracker, bulk operations, labour-law non-compliance alerts, advanced time-tracking automations, shift templates and availability, and hands-on support and implementation. This is the plan required to use the Kenjo API, which must additionally be activated by Customer Success. Priced by quote.
