Developer Program — Application Pending

Pre-acceptance stage. Public marketing pages, getting-started guides, and partner success stories are accessible without an account. No API keys, SDK downloads, or sandbox access are granted.

Developer Program — Develop & Test

Post-acceptance access for partners building on DI or IC. Provides SDKs, data platform APIs, support forums, and a staging network. Commercial terms are not public.

Commercial Deployment — Field Trial / Go-to-Market

Field-trial-ready partners gain commercial opportunities through Itron's sales and marketing teams, including DI-application certification and inclusion in utility procurement processes. Pricing is utility-contract specific.

Utility / Enterprise License

Itron Enterprise Edition (IEE), Itron Analytics (IA Platform), Itron Networks, Total Outcomes, and DI Manager are sold as enterprise software/services to utilities. Pricing is per-deployment and includes per-endpoint and per-meter factors. Itron does not publish list pricing; refer to investor materials for revenue context (recurring revenue and Total Outcomes ARR are reported each quarter at investors.itron.com).
